Shipping



Items will be dispatched within the timeframes noted on the website listings (ie 5-10 working days).  They will then be posted via the service chosen on checkout.

For orders during sale times, please allow unto 3 weeks for delivery

Orders which are made up of both Immediate Dispatch & Made to Order items will be shipped with the Made to Order items (ie within 3-5 working days) unless prior arrangements have been made

Definitions:

Dispatch - How long you should allow for us to create your item before it will be posted to you
Delivery - Postal the service you choose for your item to be delivered by Royal Mail from us to you


ie A bracelet with 5-10 working days dispatch, checked out with the option of Special Delivery will created within 5-10 working days of you placing your order and then delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  We do our best to get items out sooner but the times we have listed are the time frame you should allow before your item is posted.

('WORKING DAYS' = Monday - Friday)
 
Shipping Charges:

1st Class Signed for (1-3 days, recorded on sending and signed for but un-tracked) - £3.00

Special Delivery (Next Working Day, tracked/recorded) - £6.50

Overseas 3-5 days & signed for / tracked (depending on location) - £7.00

Overseas (orders over £60) 3-5 days & signed for / tracked (depending on location) - £10.00


Due a number of parcels going missing with Royal Mail and the delays incurred in getting replacement items made up and re-dispatched I no longer offer regular first class (UK) or airmail (outside UK).

For items lost by Royal Mail and undelivered within 20 working days, we recommend the customer submits the claim for compensation (we will provide you with all of the necessary information).  This is due to the fact that Royal Mail will only reimburse us the wholesale cost of materials used - not the retail value.  Sadly this is their policy for all handmade goods within the UK.

International orders are shipped at the Buyers risk. We (Dino-Daisy) assume no responsibility for lost or stolen orders. Please check with your local Postal Office to inquire on Late or Missing orders.

We obtain a Certificate of Postage on all items posted.
