Refunds & Returns


If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested in writing (by email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Goods must be returned in perfect condition and not have been worn.  Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

Please include a note of your full name and address and that you would like it to be repaired, refunded or exchanged ensuring the jewellery is padded with some bubble wrap or paper.  I will email you when it arrives and again when the new item is ready for posting back or has been refunded. 

Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, date, message, bead mix or other personalised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements, cannot be resold are non returnable unless faulty or an error has been made on our part.
